Pipe and Utility Superintendent

As a Pipe and Utility Superintendent you will be in charge of crew(s) installing wet underground utilities. You will use your skills and experience to:
- Supervise job site field operations including daily production, costs, safety, organization, labor and equipment scheduling and management, subcontractor management, and material procurement.
- Track quantities and field personnel hours daily in Heavy Job.
- Review production alongside the Project Manager to remain on schedule and within budget.
- Develop “look ahead” schedules for crews, equipment and material.
- Handle multiple priorities in a continuously changing environment.
- Act as a working supervisor if the work load requires it.
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years’ supervisory and hand’s on experience required in Sanitary Sewer, Waterline, Storm Sewer, Box Culvert Construction, Trenching as well as some Earthwork
- Good verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to create partnerships with suppliers and our customer
- A leader with a proven track record!
- Proficient computer skills required
- Must be able to work 50+ hours a week and more in peak season
- Travel is required
This is a long term position with growth opportunity. Salary position with health benefits, retirement, vehicle, travel and lodging per Diem. Salary is based on qualifications.
Concrete Construction Superintendent

As the Concrete Construction Superintendent you will be in charge of crew(s) installing curb and gutter, concrete paving, flatwork, civil, dirt work and fine grading. You will use your skills and experience to:
- Suervision job site field operations, including daily production, costs, safety, organization, labor and equipment scheduling and management, subcontractor management, and material procurement.
- Track quantities and field personnel hours daily in Heavy Job.
- Review production along with the Project Manager to remain on schedule and within budget.
