Western Area Water Supply Authority has awarded BDW Rural Distribution Part 1 to Carstensen Contracting. This project will consist of 180 miles of rural distribution pipeline ranging in size from 4″ to 1″ service line. This project, located north of Williston, ND will provide potable water to numerous users along the US/Canadian border. The close proximity of this project to the previously awarded Blacktail Dam project will allow CCI to share manpower and machinery to complete both of these large projects ahead of schedule.
