

Elkhorn RidgeThe Elkhorn Ridge Wind farm is located in the northeast corner of Nebraska, just miles from the nearby town of Bloomfield. The 3.0 megawatt Vestas turbines used for this project are some of the largest commercial turbines currently in use in the United States.
Buffalo BearSituated on the eastern edge of the Oklahoma pan handle, Buffalo Bear sits in a remote location. The landscape is accentuated by rolling hills and steep ravines comprised of layers of rock and elevation changes of up to 200 feet.
JeffersIn the heart of rural southern Minnesota, the Jeffers Wind Farm stands amongst acres of farmland. The client was on a tight deadline for this project and wanted the foundations poured before winter hit.
OdinIn the heart of wind country, the Odin Wind farm is located in the rural county of Watonwan in southern Minnesota. Miles of farmland stretch as far as the eye can see. While there were few above ground challenges, the soft soils in the area required creative solutions.
Spanish ForkWind doesn’t always blow over the smoothest terrains. Such was the case at Spanish Fork in central Utah. Located at the base of a mountain with a river running through it, the Spanish Fork site presented a variety of challenges.
Skyway Industrial ParkThe Skyway Industrial Park was a new development in the City of Pipestone. The city recognized the need for additional space to accommodate the growing businesses in the area and asked CCI to construct the park’s base, curb and gutter, and pave the 3/4 mile project.
Rock Valley Main StreetThe City of Rock Valley needed their concrete main street repaved on a very accelerated schedule, with minimal disruption to the surrounding businesses. CCI completed this 3/4 mile project in 2 1/2 weeks while making special accommodations for the businesses.
Ihlen Sanitary SewerThe City of Ihlen is located on a rock shelf in southwestern Minnesota. The city’s sanitary sewer was installed as a force main grinder pump system.
BDM Rural WaterLocated in rural South Dakota, the BDM Rural Water Board wanted to expanded its services by bringing rural water to hundreds of farmers and ranchers who wanted higher quality water. The project included 200 miles of 2” to 10" pipe on a very tight schedule.
