The work in McAlester keeps coming for CCI. With the award of a second street reconstruction project, as well as several other paving and storm sewer projects, CCI has been able to keep crews in the city for a second year. Carstensen’s crews have overcome many obstacles thus far, such as massive rainfalls, an aging utility infrastructure, and tight schedules to successfully complete a large amount of work on time and with a high standard of quality.
